MJC Winterfest Scott gave an overview with details available on link through website motion made to have club donate high lift P/U

MEMBERSHIP REPORT

Rules committee: Jon Mayhew is planning on working on handbook and trail run guidelines to be presented to club

ACES Winter fun day We are booked at the Lynks Golf Course for dinner on Jan 23 at 7 pm for dinner. We have decided to order off the menu instead of charging as a couple. Please you must RSVP to Jenn Haveman by the 14th of jan so that I can let them know a final total for seating. You can email me at jennsoule@yahoo.com or through the website or call me at 616-644-2380. PLEASE RSVP TO ME!!!!! I have a menu and drink prices if someone wants

some information.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS

christmas parade thank you to mike, donna and the kids !!! we had a great time and

handed out lots of candy canes. great time was had.

Toys for tots we collected 3 huge boxes of toys that made some childrens christmas very happy. Thank you all for your support on this event!

OLD BUSINESS

Club apparel order being distributed, Scott will check with Sisters in ink about stickers and will order 5 chrome and 5 black for new members that haven't received theirs

ROTM Darrell brought up only 7 votes for last to much time investment for that amount of participation. Will be putting random Pics of Jeeps and activities on homepage for time being to evaluate later unless someone else wants to take over

Banner. Price of $5.50/sq ft was received. Scott will check with Sisters in Ink to see if they have a venue

NEW BUSINESS

2010 elections. Ricky will post to website forum info. Contact him with your nominations

Scott motioned to spend up to 150.00 for EZ UP tent no knockoffs, good quality seconded by Darrell P/U Ricky to pick one up in Kzoo Sunday

2010 Repeat events list. Most every event to be repeated in 2010 and added to calendar with corresponding dates

Ricky brought up that the hospital is having advanced CPR & 1^st aid classes. Will provide more info when available

Jon Mayhew mentioned Fennville is having a winter parade. He will post to Forum when he gets info
