If you have not looked at the inside frame rails where the brakets are welded to the frame.... YOU NEED TO DO IT SOON... my frame bracket rusted on the inside frame of the passenger side rear to the point that I tore the entire lower control arm bracket off of the frame. This caused a enormous amount of torque on the control arm of the drivers side that resulted in the control arm letting go at SLSD. Glad I have freinds there, that hooked me up to get me home. Then looking at the broken arm, led to looking at the frame again and the drivers side needed work as well. Long and short, is that frame fabrication is cheaper without having to figure out how to rebuild instead of a patch. I never thought that the frame would be rusted because I undercoat it each spring (on the outside) and never looked at the inside over all of these years. LOOK AT YOURS SOON.....

Member Posts: 65 | Yeah Dan I have known john for around 11 years and he always seems to impress me more and more everytime he builds something. Was actually at his house the other day and he said that you were over. Gonna have him put some flares on for me here in a min.

Your right Scott, I am sure that Chad is an excellent fabricator as well. I have seen some of his work on club vehicles. There was no way i would have trusted driving to his house though. I was very scared to drive to Plainwell even after I beat it back in line and scab weleded it just to trust driving it. I still want to put a donor V* 3/4 ton on the thing and use it as a daily driver. I think that Chad will be the man for that fabrication if when he has the time and i HAVE THE FUNDS... Hope you all have a great time this weekend. send lots off pics......
