I got my jeep back on Monday from the engine rebuilder.  WOW what a difference.  I have to wait till I get the 500mi. oil change done to really see how it'll go.  Hopefully I can get it muddy in 2 or 3 weeks.  Are there any trail runs or sand pit days coming up later this month?

It's really good to hear you are back up and running FINE. I can only imagine how frusterating this last year has been for you. welcome back!

I had it torn completely down by Rankin engine in S.B. It has new aftermarket heads, valves,roller lifters,pushrods, and springs.  They also put in a new cam, crank,main, rod, and cam bearings, oil and water pump. New radiator and hoses. It is bored .030 over w/Federal Mogul teflon coated pistons and Hastings rings. She runs sweet now. 40 to 60 psi oil pressure.  Once it's broken in I'll be back on the trail.:D
